Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the purchase and registration of all tickets to the PERFORM 2026 event (the “Event”) organized by Duetto Research, Inc. (“Duetto,” “Organizer,” “We,” or “Us”). By purchasing, registering for, or attending the Event, you (“Attendee,” “You,” or “Registrant”) agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. General Event Information

Event date: April 16, 2026(with ancillary events on April 15 and 16, 2026)

Early bird launch: November 17, 2025

2. Attendee Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirement: By purchasing a ticket to PERFORM 2026, you certify and agree that you are working for a hotel or ownership group, are an asset manager, or hold a similar commercial, revenue, or operations leadership role within the hospitality industry.

2.2 Right to Refuse: Duetto reserves the right to reject any registration request or revoke any ticket, without refund, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the Attendee does not meet the eligibility requirements or is a competitor, vendor, or third-party service provider whose attendance is deemed inappropriate for the nature of the Event.

3. Ticket Purchase and Payment

3.1 Early Bird Tickets: Early Bird ticket pricing is offered for a limited time and/or quantity, and is subject to availability. The Early Bird price will be clearly indicated on the purchase page. Once the Early Bird period ends, tickets will revert to the full standard price without further notice.

3.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include any applicable taxes or fees, which may be added at checkout.

3.3 Ticket Inclusions: Your ticket to PERFORM 2026 includes:

  • Entry and admission to all live sessions, workshops, and general Event activities on April 16, 2026.
  • Access to the Duetto team and Tech Bar.
  • Networking opportunities with fellow hoteliers.
  • Admission to the pre-event gathering (April 15) and post-event celebration (April 16).

3.4 Exclusions: The ticket price DOES NOT include travel, visa costs, or accommodation. Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own lodging, including any stay at the host venue, Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort.

4. Attendee Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Request: Attendee cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing by the Organizer.

4.2 Refund Deadline and Fee:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the written cancellation request must be received by Duetto no later than March 2, 2026.
  • All approved refunds are subject to a $150 (one hundred fifty U.S. Dollars) cancellation fee per ticket.
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of approval, less the cancellation fee.

4.3 No Refunds After Deadline: No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after March 2, 2026, or for Attendees who do not attend the Event (no-shows).

4.4 Submission: Cancellation requests must be emailed to: events@duettoresearch.com.

5. Ticket Substitutions and Transfers

5.1 Substitution Deadline: Substitutions (transferring the registration to another eligible person) may be made up to two weeks before PERFORM (April 2, 2026).

5.2 Substitution Process: Substitution requests must be:

  1. Requested in writing by the original Registrant.
  2. Submitted to events@duettoresearch.com.
  3. The new Attendee must meet the Attendee Eligibility criteria (Section 2).

5.3 Confirmation Required: A substitution is not considered complete until a new confirmation is generated and sent by the Event management team. Substitutions will not be processed or permitted onsite at the Event.

6. Event Changes and Cancellation by Duetto

6.1 Program Changes: Duetto reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, location, speakers, or schedule at any time without notice. Duetto is not liable for any costs or damages incurred by the Attendee as a result of such changes.

6.2 Force Majeure/Cancellation: In the event that Duetto is required to cancel the Event entirely due to an act of God, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or any other cause or emergency making it inadvisable, impractical, or impossible to hold the Event (“Force Majeure”), Duetto will provide Attendees with a full refund of the ticket price.

6.3 Limitation of Liability for Cancellation: Duetto’s liability is strictly limited to the refund of the registration fee paid by the Attendee. Duetto is not responsible for any ancillary costs incurred by the Attendee, including, but not limited to, travel, accommodation, visa fees, or any other expenses.

7. Code of Conduct and Conduct at the Event

7.1 Compliance: All Attendees are required to comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, and Duetto’s directions while attending the Event. Duetto is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone.

7.2 Right to Remove: Duetto reserves the right to deny entry to, or immediately remove, any Attendee who, in Duetto’s sole judgment, exhibits behavior that is disorderly, disruptive, or fails to comply with the eligibility requirements or these T&Cs. In such cases, the Attendee will not be entitled to a refund.

8. Media Release and Data Privacy

8.1 Photography and Video: Duetto and its authorized parties may photograph, video, or audio record the Event, including attendees, sessions, and social functions. By attending the Event, you grant Duetto the irrevocable right and permission to use, distribute, and publish your image, likeness, voice, or statements, without compensation, for promotional, marketing, or other commercial purposes in all media now known or hereafter devised.

8.2 Data Privacy: The personal information provided during registration will be used by Duetto to manage your Event participation. This information may also be used by Duetto for promotional purposes and to share with Event sponsors/partners, subject to Duetto’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that you are attending the Event voluntarily and at your own risk. Duetto does not guarantee the accuracy of information or advice provided by speakers, other attendees, or exhibitors at the Event.

9.2 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duetto Research, Inc., its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of profit, data, business, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with the Event or these T&Cs. Duetto’s total liability to the Attendee for any claim related to the Event shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Attendee for the ticket.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these T&Cs or the Event shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
