Øyvind Vassbotn
Director of Business Operations
Øyvind Vassbotn started working in hotels in 2001 in Tromsø. HIs experience spans from working in hotels from the front desk all the way to being a General Manager, before working centrally in Oslo at Strawberry with Revenue Management. His role now is part strategic, part analytical and part overseeing our RM systems.
Strawberry is the largest hotel operator in Norway & Sweden (243 hotels) and the second largest operator in the Nordics which is their core market of Operation. Their business is a mix of operated hotels and franchise hotels.


Alex Zoghlin
Chief Executive Officer
A lifelong entrepreneur and innovator, Alex brings more than 30 years of knowledge and experience in technology, airline distribution, and travel to Duetto.
He founded six startups, including Orbitz and G2Switchworks, before serving as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Strategy, Innovation, and Technology at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and most recently CEO of ATPCO. He brings his business acumen and deep hospitality experience to Duetto’s mission to build the Revenue & Profit Operating System for the hotel industry.

Dave Overeem is a seasoned commercial and revenue strategy executive with deep experience in driving performance improvement, organizational alignment, and profitable growth in the hospitality sector. With a track record spanning operations, revenue management, distribution strategy, and strategic advisory, Dave is known for helping teams navigate complex market shifts and unlock measurable commercial outcomes.

Jenna Villalobos

With over 20 years’ experience in revenue strategy and reservation sales, Jenna leads the commercial strategy for Outrigger Hospitality Group in Honolulu, HI — one of the fastest-growing, privately-held hospitality companies in the Asia Pacific, Oceania and Indian Ocean regions.
Previously, Jenna was a part of the KSL Resort’s team as Corporate Director of Revenue Optimization. Early in her revenue career, she held revenue leadership positions in the Palm Springs area at Rancho Las Palmas Resort, La Quinta Resort & Club and Morongo Casino Resort & Spa. Recently, Jenna had the honor of being named 2021 revenue professional of the year from HSMAI.
Jenna holds both a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Johnson and Wales University, and a certificate of revenue management from Cornell University.

Kartik joined Duetto in November 2025 as Chief Product Officer, leading the product strategy as Duetto evolves its platform into the industry’s first Revenue & Profit Operating System.
Kartik has a strong track record of modernizing commercial travel solutions with AI-driven and cloud-native technology. Before joining Duetto, he served as Executive VP of Product at FLYR and co-founded Deepair Solutions, where he was CPO. His earlier experience includes product and technology at Sabre Airline Solutions.
A product leader with deep expertise in AI, machine learning, data, and automation, Kartik is passionate about building solutions that transform how commercial teams operate and unlock long-term, profitable growth.


Lori Kiel
Senior Vice President of Revenue Management
Lori Kiel is a hospitality commercial strategist with more than 30 years of experience driving revenue management, sales, and marketing excellence across the hotel industry. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Revenue Management at Pyramid Global Hospitality, where she leads integrated commercial strategies that align pricing, distribution, and demand-generation to accelerate growth and maximize profitability for a diverse portfolio of properties.
Renowned for her ability to break down organizational silos and foster cross-functional collaboration, Lori is a recognized thought leader in strategic revenue management. She chairs the HSMAI Foundation’s 2025 Executive Committee, regularly speaks at industry events, and publishes insights on commercial evolution and leadership.
Over her career, Lori has combined deep operational expertise with a forward-looking mindset toward talent development and technology adoption, helping teams navigate disruptive market shifts while delivering measurable business results. Robert Matsuoka

Robert joined Duetto in January 2026 as Chief Technology Officer, leading the technical vision and engineering strategy as Duetto evolves its platform into the industry’s first Revenue & Profit Operating System.
Robert has a 25-year track record of scaling global engineering organizations and building high-impact travel technology. Before joining Duetto, he spent eight years at Tripadvisor, where he served as Interim CTO and Head of Product Engineering. He arrived at Tripadvisor via the 2016 acquisition of Citymaps.com, a social mapping platform he co-founded and led as CTO.
Robert is a seminal thinker on AI who remains active “on the tools”, founding both HyperDev and the AI Power Ranking. His work focuses on applying agentic AI to complex optimization problems — particularly relevant for Duetto’s dynamic pricing algorithms and demand forecasting models that must process hundreds of variables in real-time.


Michael Grove

Michael is Chief Executive Officer of HotStats at Duetto. HotStats provides monthly P&L benchmarking and market insight for the hotel industry. Collecting monthly detailed financial data from hotels worldwide from over 100 brands and independent hotels, HotStats provides over 550 different KPIs covering all operating revenues, payroll, expenses, cost of sales, and ultimately departmental and total hotel profitability.
Prior to joining HotStats, Michael held multiple operational and financial roles at hotel and corporate levels for over 16 years, and is a regular guest lecturer at universities and hotel schools around the world.

Nevin Reed

Nevin is Vice President of Casino Services at Duetto, where he has spent more than a decade helping gaming operators maximize profitability through smarter revenue strategies and technology adoption. With nearly 30 years of experience in hospitality and gaming, he brings deep expertise across revenue management, operations, and guest services.
Before joining Duetto in 2013, Nevin held senior revenue leadership roles at Caesars Entertainment and Atlantis Resorts, and earlier managed hotel, call center, and F&B operations across multiple casino properties. His career began in front-line hospitality leadership, giving him a unique, ground-up perspective on delivering both guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Based in Las Vegas, Nevin partners with casino resorts worldwide to optimize pricing, forecasting, and loyalty strategies that drive total resort revenue.


Harold Henning

Harold is a seasoned hospitality leader with more than 30 years of experience in hotel revenue management and operations. As the Director of Hotel Revenue Management for Resorts World Casino New York City, Resorts World Catskills, and Resorts World Bimini, he oversees strategic pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization across multiple properties, driving performance and growth in highly competitive markets.
Harold’s career includes leadership roles at renowned luxury hotels such as The Peninsula New York, The Mark, and The Bryant Park Hotel, where he played a pivotal role in elevating revenue strategies, enhancing market positioning, and integrating advanced technology systems. He is well-versed in platforms like Duetto, Opera, and iDeaS, and has contributed to multiple successful hotel openings and cross-functional initiatives.


James Osmond
CEO
James Osmond is CEO of Triptease, helping hotels worldwide win back their direct bookings. A philosophy grad from Cambridge, he started at Unilever before co-founding Clear, a brand strategy consultancy acquired by M&C Saatchi.
James has spent his career bringing strategic clarity to industries from finance to hospitality and has always focused on one thing: how businesses create real value for customers. Now he’s applying that thinking to hotels that are tired of handing some of their revenue to OTAs.
After decades of defending his philosophy degree at dinner parties, James is enjoying watching the tech world grapple with the same existential questions he tackled as an undergrad.
He lives in London with his family and their supremely unimpressed dog.

Katie Moro
Vice President, Data Partnerships at Amadeus Hospitality
Katie Moro is a veteran of the hospitality industry and a pioneer in hospitality demand data. She joined TravelClick (now an Amadeus company) in 2011 and is responsible for the global expansion of Demand360©, the hospitality industry’s only and most comprehensive forward-looking data tool designed to help hotels maximize their revenue.
Previously, Katie led a major accounts sales team at Rubicon, a provider of competitive market intelligence to the travel and hospitality industry and held sales roles at Morgans Hotel Group and Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
Katie was named by Hotel Management Magazine as one of 2018’s Influential Women in Hospitality. In 2020, Katie joined the board of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI). Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Georgia.


Jim Abrahamson

Jim Abrahamson is a highly respected hospitality executive and board leader with decades of experience across hotel operations, brand development, franchising, and real estate strategy. Over his career, he has held senior leadership roles with global organizations including Hilton, Hyatt, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Marcus Corporation.
He most recently served as Chairman and CEO of Interstate Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s largest independent hotel management companies, overseeing a global portfolio of more than 500 properties prior to its sale to Aimbridge Hospitality in 2019.
A recognized industry leader, Jim has served as Chairman of both the American Hotel & Lodging Association and the U.S. Travel Association, as well as President of the Marriott International National Association. Today, he serves as Chairman of the Board at VICI Properties and holds multiple board positions across hospitality and related industries. At Duetto, Jim brings deep strategic insight and industry perspective, helping guide innovation and long-term growth across revenue and profit performance.


Michael McNames
Senior Director of Revenue Management and Distribution
Michael McNames is the Senior Director of Revenue Management and Distribution at Sandman Hotel Group and The Sutton Place Hotels. With 30 years of experience in the industry and 20 of those within the discipline of Revenue Management, Michael has a defined passion and level of expertise which has helped drive the transformation of Revenue Management practices and culture within the company.
Throughout his career, he has been helped immensely by talented and caring leaders, most recently Mr. Kevin Gilhooly, President of Sandman Hotel Group and The Sutton Place Hotels. Michael is supported by a very talented team led by Ms. Ling Tong, Assistant Director of Revenue Management, and Mr. Chris Quan, Revenue Distribution and Implementations Manager.


Erick Valdespino

Erick Valdespino leads Revenue Strategy, Pricing, and Revenue Management at Grupo Posadas, the largest hotel operator in Mexico, with more than 170 properties across multiple brands. In this role, he oversees pricing strategy, demand optimization, and commercial performance across the portfolio.
With extensive experience in revenue management and distribution strategy, Erick focuses on leveraging technology, automation, and advanced analytics to drive profitability across the business. His work includes expanding revenue strategies beyond rooms to incorporate ancillary revenue, upselling, and total guest value, helping Posadas evolve toward a more holistic profitability model.

Chris Cylke
President and Chief Operating Officer
Chris has 27+ years of experience in the hospitality, recreational, and tourism industries regarding new development and acquisition of all hotel types with an emphasis on hotels and resorts located in Florida, Caribbean and Central America; market and financial analysis, valuation, strategic planning, investment decision analysis, asset management, operations analysis, impact analysis, litigation support, hotel operator selection, RFP process, management contract/franchise negotiations, and market repositioning and other value enhancement strategies. He has managed a broad range of public and private sector hospitality- related investments including hotels, conference centers, resorts, casinos, food and beverage facilities, spas, golf courses, and marinas.
He has also advised leading hospitality organizations on strategic planning and investment decision analysis. He has directed and managed over 750 hospitality-related projects on individual hotel assets, as well as multiple hotel assets and portfolios, during his advisory career. The aggregate value of these projects represents well in excess of $5 billion in investment activity. Chris is a frequent speaker and moderator at major industry conferences on a variety of subject matters relative to the hotel industry. He served as an officer of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), including Chairman. ISHC is the most prestigious trade association for service providers to the hospitality industry.
Prior to REVPAR International, Chris held various management positions with Hyatt Hotels but started his career at a boutique resort in the Caribbean. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Clark University.

He joined Duetto in early 2025, initially as Interim VP, before stepping into the permanent leadership role to help shape the company’s next phase of growth.
With over a decade of experience spanning B2B and DTC tech and SaaS businesses, Olly has led marketing in both product-led and sales-led environments. He brings deep expertise in scaling global go-to-market programs, building brands, and delivering impactful demand generation. Prior to Duetto, he held senior marketing roles at companies including Travelport and Lickd, and served as a fractional CMO to fast-growing startups across travel, fintech, and creator tech.


Michael Schaeffner
SVP of Global Sales
Michael Schäffner joined Duetto in March 2017 as Director DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). In four years, Michael had cemented Duetto’s position as a market-leading RMS in Europe. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales EMEA in February 2021, and to SVP of Global Sales in September 2025.
In June 2021, the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) appointed Michael to its Europe Region Board of Directors.
An experienced hotel industry professional, Michael previously spent time working for hotel technology companies Serenata and Nor1, following years of on-property hotel experience, including time with The Setai in Miami and Auberge du Soleil in the Napa Valley.


Michelle Droz
Senior Director of Revenue Strategy and Platforms
Michelle is a hospitality expert with over 20 years of experience. Her career started with the Marriott and Gaylord Hotels where she refined her Revenue Management and Group Strategy skills. She later moved to Hard Rock International Hotels and Casino division where she oversaw the revenue and distribution strategy of a portfolio of 20+ hotels around the world. Her expertise in brand management and data standardization have been invaluable in her eight-year adventure with Margaritaville. She leads the implementation of hotel platforms and the operation of the brand’s CRS and Call Center solution.
Michelle is a trusted advisor to hotel management companies and team members as well as brand executive leadership. She’s also a wife, mom and avid gardener.

Rebecca Elder is the Corporate Director of Revenue Management at Noble House Hotels & Resorts, where she leads revenue strategy across the company’s portfolio of distinctive luxury and resort properties. Since joining Noble House in 2005, she has built a career within the organization, progressing from property-level revenue leadership to a corporate role guiding strategy, analytics, and performance across multiple markets.
With nearly two decades of experience in hospitality revenue management, Rebecca works closely with property teams to drive performance through data-driven pricing strategies, market insight, and strong commercial alignment. She is also deeply involved in mentoring revenue leaders across the portfolio and helping teams translate analytics into practical, profitable decisions.
