Rebecca Elder

Rebecca Elder is the Corporate Director of Revenue Management at Noble House Hotels & Resorts, where she leads revenue strategy across the company’s portfolio of distinctive luxury and resort properties. Since joining Noble House in 2005, she has built a career within the organization, progressing from property-level revenue leadership to a corporate role guiding strategy, analytics, and performance across multiple markets. 

With nearly two decades of experience in hospitality revenue management, Rebecca works closely with property teams to drive performance through data-driven pricing strategies, market insight, and strong commercial alignment. She is also deeply involved in mentoring revenue leaders across the portfolio and helping teams translate analytics into practical, profitable decisions. 

A long-time Duetto user and advocate, Rebecca has been instrumental in evolving pricing and revenue strategies within Noble House’s portfolio. Beyond her role in hospitality, she also serves as Chair of the Board for Redondo Beach Tourism, contributing to initiatives that promote tourism and economic development in the region.

Michelle Droz

Michelle is a hospitality expert with over 20 years of experience. Her career started with the Marriott and Gaylord Hotels where she refined her Revenue Management and Group Strategy skills. She later moved to Hard Rock International Hotels and Casino division where she oversaw the revenue and distribution strategy of a portfolio of 20+ hotels around the world. Her expertise in brand management and data standardization have been invaluable in her eight-year adventure with Margaritaville. She leads the implementation of hotel platforms and the operation of the brand’s CRS and Call Center solution.

Michelle is a trusted advisor to hotel management companies and team members as well as brand executive leadership. She’s also a wife, mom and avid gardener.

Brent Overbeek

Brent Overbeek is a seasoned commercial leader with deep expertise in airline revenue strategy and post-booking monetization. Currently working with TravelX, he focuses on unlocking incremental revenue through innovative distribution models and dynamic offer management. 

With a background spanning airline commercial operations and advisory roles, Brent brings a unique perspective on how advanced pricing, ancillary revenue, and real-time optimization can transform profitability at scale. He is a frequent speaker at global travel industry events, where he shares practical insights on bridging the gap between traditional revenue management and next-generation commercial strategies. 

At PERFORM, Brent will bring an outside-in view from aviation—an industry that has long led in dynamic pricing and revenue optimization—highlighting what hospitality can adopt to accelerate performance and unlock new profit streams.

Pablo Torreira

Pablo Torreira is the Director of Revenue Strategy at Meliá Hotels International, where he leads global revenue strategy across one of the world’s largest hospitality groups. With over 20 years in the industry, he began his career in hotel reservations and has since grown into a key voice in shaping pricing, forecasting, and commercial strategy across a diverse international portfolio. 

Known for his pragmatic,  data-driven approach and strong advocacy of Total Revenue Management, Pablo specializes in turning complex analytics into actionable strategies. He works closely with commercial and operational teams to translate analytics into practical strategies that unlock profitability, drive performance, and deliver sustainable growth.

Chris Cylke

Chris has 27+ years of experience in the hospitality, recreational, and tourism industries regarding new development and acquisition of all hotel types with an emphasis on hotels and resorts located in Florida, Caribbean and Central America; market and financial analysis, valuation, strategic planning, investment decision analysis, asset management, operations analysis, impact analysis, litigation support, hotel operator selection, RFP process, management contract/franchise negotiations, and market repositioning and other value enhancement strategies. He has managed a broad range of public and private sector hospitality- related investments including hotels, conference centers, resorts, casinos, food and beverage facilities, spas, golf courses, and marinas.

He has also advised leading hospitality organizations on strategic planning and investment decision analysis. He has directed and managed over 750 hospitality-related projects on individual hotel assets, as well as multiple hotel assets and portfolios, during his advisory career. The aggregate value of these projects represents well in excess of $5 billion in investment activity. Chris is a frequent speaker and moderator at major industry conferences on a variety of subject matters relative to the hotel industry. He served as an officer of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), including Chairman. ISHC is the most prestigious trade association for service providers to the hospitality industry.

Prior to REVPAR International, Chris held various management positions with Hyatt Hotels but started his career at a boutique resort in the Caribbean. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Clark University.

Cori Galindo is SVP Commercial Growth and Strategy at Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, where he leads commercial and revenue strategy initiatives focused on driving performance, profitability, and sustainable growth across a diverse international portfolio. With a strong background in revenue management, distribution, and commercial transformation, he has played a key role in advancing data-driven decision-making and modern revenue practices within global hospitality organizations.

Throughout his career, Cori has held senior commercial and revenue leadership roles across the hospitality industry, combining operational expertise with a strategic vision for growth. Known for his forward-thinking approach, he actively contributes to industry conversations around distribution strategy, innovation, and the evolving role of technology and AI in shaping hospitality performance.

Irene Villafranca

Irene Villafranca Muñoz is Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Systems at Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, where she leads the evolution of commercial strategy and systems, with a focus on technology-driven performance across a diverse international portfolio. With extensive experience in revenue management, pricing, and commercial transformation, she has played a key role in advancing data-driven decision-making and aligning revenue strategy with broader profitability goals.

Throughout her career, Irene has been a strong advocate for innovation and collaboration within hospitality, helping organizations adapt to changing market dynamics while strengthening commercial performance. Known for her strategic mindset and deep industry expertise, she regularly contributes to industry discussions around total profitability, revenue leadership, and the future of commercial strategy in hospitality.  

Erick Valdespino

Erick Valdespino leads Revenue Strategy, Pricing, and Revenue Management at Grupo Posadas, the largest hotel operator in Mexico, with more than 170 properties across multiple brands. In this role, he oversees pricing strategy, demand optimization, and commercial performance across the portfolio. 

With extensive experience in revenue management and distribution strategy, Erick focuses on leveraging technology, automation, and advanced analytics to drive profitability across the business. His work includes expanding revenue strategies beyond rooms to incorporate ancillary revenue, upselling, and total guest value, helping Posadas evolve toward a more holistic profitability model. 

At PERFORM, Erick will share insights from one of Latin America’s leading hotel groups on how revenue leaders can combine data, technology, and commercial strategy to unlock new opportunities for growth.

Michael McNames

Michael McNames is the Senior Director of Revenue Management and Distribution at Sandman Hotel Group and The Sutton Place Hotels. With 30 years of experience in the industry and 20 of those within the discipline of Revenue Management, Michael has a defined passion and level of expertise which has helped drive the transformation of Revenue Management practices and culture within the company.

Throughout his career, he has been helped immensely by talented and caring leaders, most recently Mr. Kevin Gilhooly, President of Sandman Hotel Group and The Sutton Place Hotels. Michael is supported by a very talented team led by Ms. Ling Tong, Assistant Director of Revenue Management, and Mr. Chris Quan, Revenue Distribution and Implementations Manager.

 

Harold Henning

Harold is a seasoned hospitality leader with more than 30 years of experience in hotel revenue management and operations. As the Director of Hotel Revenue Management for Resorts World Casino New York City, Resorts World Catskills, and Resorts World Bimini, he oversees strategic pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization across multiple properties, driving performance and growth in highly competitive markets.

Harold’s career includes leadership roles at renowned luxury hotels such as The Peninsula New York, The Mark, and The Bryant Park Hotel, where he played a pivotal role in elevating revenue strategies, enhancing market positioning, and integrating advanced technology systems. He is well-versed in platforms like Duetto, Opera, and iDeaS, and has contributed to multiple successful hotel openings and cross-functional initiatives.
