Adventureman Jamie McDonald

Jamie McDonald, better known as Adventureman, is a world-record-breaking adventurer and one of the most inspiring keynote speakers on the global stage.

After spending much of his childhood in and out of hospital battling serious illness, Jamie made a life-changing decision: to give back. What followed is a series of extraordinary endurance challenges that have pushed human limits—and raised over £1 million for children’s charities.

His achievements include running 5,000 miles solo across Canada (the equivalent of 200 marathons), completing a 5,500-mile run across the United States, and breaking multiple endurance world records—including cycling non-stop for over 268 hours and running 524 miles on a treadmill in just seven days.

But Jamie’s story isn’t about endurance—it’s about mindset. Through his alter ego, Adventureman, he brings a powerful, human message to the stage: resilience is built, limits are self-imposed, and anyone can achieve extraordinary things with the right mindset.

Blending humor, storytelling, and raw honesty, Jamie has inspired audiences at companies like Microsoft and Google, leaving leaders and teams with a renewed sense of possibility—and the tools to push beyond their own perceived limits.

At PERFORM, Jamie will challenge the way you think about performance, pressure, and what’s actually possible when it matters most.
